The 25cm is compact and great for home or travel workouts, while the 30cm gives you extra clearance and range of motion. Both provide excellent grip and stability.

Yes. They’re designed to handle both indoor and outdoor training. Just avoid leaving them in rain or direct sun for extended periods to protect the wood.

They’re made from high-quality wood for superior grip and comfort compared to plastic or metal. This makes them perfect for pull-ups, dips, push-ups, and advanced calisthenics.

28mm is the international standard for most athletes and offers a secure grip. 32mm is thicker, making it more challenging and great for building grip strength.

Yes. Each band has a different resistance level, from light (yellow) for warm-ups and mobility, up to heavy (purple) for strength and advanced training. You can also combine bands for progressive overload.
