At FitHydrate™, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we manage domestic and international shipping, customs, delays, and delivery issues.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • United Kingdom & EU 🇪🇺

  • Canada, Singapore, Japan 🌏

Note: Some remote or restricted regions may not be eligible for delivery. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified and refunded.

Note: These are estimates only. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, shipping disruptions, or courier issues beyond our control.

International Shipping & Customs

  • All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees imposed by your local government.

  • These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We do not refund or replace orders rejected due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions in your country.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Every order includes tracking. You will receive a link to monitor your delivery status.

  • If tracking shows the item as “Delivered” but you have not received it, you must:

    1. Check with household members and neighbours;

    2. Contact the delivery provider directly;

    3. Notify us within 48 hours so we can assist.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays due to:

  • Customs inspections;

  • Weather, natural disasters, or pandemics;

  • Courier service interruptions;

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us. We will investigate and provide a resolution.

Undeliverable or Returned Orders

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay duties, or failure to collect:

  • We can reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Issue a refund minus original shipping costs and any return fees.
